What is the usual shipping time for an order, from the moment it has been completed?
Shippings are processed from Wenesday through Friday. Orders leave the workshops and studio within 3 to 5 business days after we receive your payment. Should the delivery takes longer than expected, we will notify you.
Note that the workshops and studio are closed for the holidays (from approximately December 23 to January 3. There is no order processed and no shipping during this period.
Once the order has been shipped, the delivery time and the choice of carrier are based on the destination.
What are the shipping delays and fees? Which carrier will deliver my order?
The delivery time and the choice of carrier is based on the destination. Estimated shipping time is mentioned in the email confirmation of shipping sent to the buyer’s email address once the order is sent. The tracking number allows the buyer to monitor the order until the package is delivered to the shipping address.
For each delivery area, shipping time and fees are as follow.
- Quebec and Ontario (Canada) via Canada Post: 2-5 business days; CAD $15
- Rest of Canada via Canada Post: 2-7 business days; CAD $20
- United States of America via Canada Post: 4-7 business days; CAD $20
- European Union via Canada Post: 2-3 business days; CAD $30
- Other destinations via Canada Post: 2-5 business days; CAD $30
Customs fees may apply, payable by the recipient.
If you wish to have express delivery (DHL), please contact the Online Store before ordering at 1 819 690-0162 or info@alexinspiration.com. Additional charges will apply.
Conditions beyond our control may cause additional delivery lead time (weather, strikes, customs, etc.). Shipping time is thus not guaranteed and ALEXInspiration assumes no responsibility for them. Should a significant delay occur, please contact us. Any errors or incomplete addresses can cause additional delays and costs for transhipment.

Can I return or exchange a jewellery creation bought online?
We hope that you enjoy all your ALEXInspiration purchases! However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will offer a full refund for returns made to the Online Store within 14 days of reception of the package. Shipping fees are not refundable. Indeed, ALEXInspiration will reimburse the buyer the actual paid price, net of discounts applied to the total, including taxes and excluding shipping fees.
The customer will be reimbursed via the same method of payment used for the order within a period of 14 days following the reception of the returned item at the studio.
Beyond the 14 days period, the delivered products is held to be compliant and accepted by the buyer. Therefore, ALEXInspiration reserves the right to refuse reimbursement or replacement of products.
Important: Upon receipt, a quality control check will be performed on the returned jewellery. No used items or article that has been damaged by the customer will be accepted for exchange or refund. The jewellery must not have been worn (except for fitting).
No returns will be accepted for custom made jewellery.
The jewellery that I received by mail was damaged in transit. What should I do?
If, despite our vigilance and that of the carrier, you received a broken or damaged jewellery creation, we ask that you inform us within 2 days of receiving your package.
To do this, it is best to contact us by email at info@alexinspiration.com and attach photos. You can also call 1 819 690-0162, Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to noon and from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. (Eastern Time).
We will be grateful that you return the jewellery to the workshop as quickly as possible for an exchange or refund. A proof of purchase and your full contact details must be included.
How do I return an order and request a refund?
A return can be done by mail or in person at our ALEXInspiration workshops and studio.
By mail: In order to serve you better, please contact us by email at info@alexinspiration.com before returning your package. Please include your order number, your complete address and the jewellery you are returning.
Make sure you wrap up the jewellery in a package, with a copy of your invoice so we can process your request. The package must be sent to the following address: ALEXInspiration Online Store – returns 173, Rue Dussault, Trois-Rivières, QC G8T 6G5 Canada
Be sure to include your complete contact information on the package.
In person: Please come to our workshops and studio with the item you want to return in its original packaging, Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5p.m. A proof of purchase is necessary.
I bought jewellery on the ALEXInspiration Online Store. Can I return or exchange it directly at an ALEXInspiration retail store?
No. The jewellery bought on our Online Store must be returned to ALEXInspiration workshops and studio. The return can be done by mail or in person Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
